What experience do you have in my industry?
We have four generations of experience managing insurance for apartment buildings, HOAs, and other types of investment properties.


What insurance companies do you represent?
In addition to the leading carriers such as Travelers, Safeco, Liberty Mutual, The Hartford, etc., we have access to innovative insurance programs that offer unique coverage and pricing for real estate properties and HOAs.


Are they A.M. Best rated A or better companies?
Yes, we only represent highly rated and reputable companies! That’s as important to us as it is to you.


Do you represent companies that target or offer tailored insurance solutions to my business?
We represent many of the leading insurance companies, and also offer other innovative insurance solutions geared to specific types of properties.


How is their claims service?
Typically, very good. One of the most important promises we make to you is to make sure your insurance work the way you think it should—which includes being treated fairly when you have a claim. While we can’t guarantee each and every claim is handled perfectly, if a claim response is not to your expectations, we will get involved to make sure your needs are met.


What discounts are available for my policy?
You can receive discounts for no losses in three or more years, building upgrades, and increasing your deductible, among others. We work with you to identify all the discounts available to you, keeping your insurance as cost-effective as possible while managing your risk.


Is there financing available?
Many of the insurance carriers we represent offer payment terms with little or no cost. Some policies can also be financed through outside companies.


What additional value or services can you offer me as a customer that I am not getting now?
We take pride in our communication skills and quick response to your insurance needs, whether you call us for a question or quote, or you need help processing a claim.
