As a broker resource, Farallone Pacific understands our responsibility as a trusted advisor. In most cases, employee benefits represent the second or third most expensive line item on any company budget. The complexity and costs of today's health care and benefit solutions requires a creative service oriented partner to help companies steer the best course for their specific needs. Driven by our mission statement and promise to perform, Farallone Pacific is dedicated to providing our clients with customized and innovative solutions to their benefit needs.

Farallone Pacific provides the following core benefit services at no cost to our clients:
  • Benefit Plan Analysis - Farallone Pacific will review and analyze specific lines of coverage and provide competitive information on benefit provisions and provide benefit data on a local or national basis.
  • Funding Analysis - We will perform an analysis of the current employer funding arrangement and compare the current method against alternate forms of funding. Once the analysis is completed, we will outline a recommended approach that fits both employer and employee needs as directed by our clients.
  • Renewal Analysis - Prior to annual renewals, Farallone Pacific will outline and evaluate historical experience and carrier trends. At each renewal, we provide our clients with a thorough understanding of the available solutions from each carrier and provide guidance as to the best all around choice across cost, coverage and carrier categories.
  • Marketing of Benefit Plans - Whenever possible, we place the appropriate service/coverage out to bid and negotiate the best rates available for our clients. We provide a detailed and final comparison of proposals in a consolidated report with the recommended carrier or administrator. Our reports include the financial impact to the employer.
  • Communications - We assist in all forms of benefit communications, including announcements, employee meetings, payroll stuffers, presentation slides or one-on-one sessions.
